we make them like really really thin and roll them up, but they're so good. i don't know how you do them, but they always look really thick and kinda big in the movies.. haha so yeah, is that how you do them?
Sounds like crepes to me too. I've never had one of those, but I've thought about making them sometime for something different.
they are a pain if you don't have an immaculatly seasoned pan or just perfect non-stick not a teflon food.... although is there any such thing as a teflon food?
My pans are pretty good ones. I don't think I've ever had anything stick to the ones I have now. I had some a while back that were worthless. Everything stuck to them, no matter what, and then your food tasted like, well, the bottom of a pan. *lol*
if you have a good 10 inch wok you can oil season it just before you cook them and you can do it immaculatly I say 10 inch because much bigger and you won't get a thourough seasoning and too much smaller and the crepes will be tiny...
I do enjoy cooking. Sure, sometime it's a pain in the rear, but I kind of view it as an art form. I can express myself through cooking, especially for loved ones. If that makes any sense at all.
