I was wondering if anybody out there had some good high protein meals\receipes? I've recently gotten into working out on a regular basis, and am wanting to build lean muscle. Right now the only protein I'm getting is from my whey shakes and eggs. And I have high cholesterol due to my genetics, so I really can't keep eatin eggs..

    Help?

It's better to get your protein from natural food sources instead of protein powders. Beans, peas and lentils are excellent, high-protein foods to eat as well as very healthy. I suggest you keep in mind that eating more protein is not necessarily better, and eating a diet higher in complex carbohydrates will allow your body to better utilize the protein you take in. There's plenty of protein in rice, potatoes, broccoli, wheat bread, oranges and other plant foods that you eat; so don't dismiss those.
