Should I try it or not? Is it worth it? Do the positives outway the negitives?

for ME there are no negatives. YOU may not like it, may not be able to handle it, may whatever. no one can tell you.

u think, not just while you're high but for years after. So, it really depends on how tightly you want to grasp onto life as you presently perceive it.

 

you'd have to want to hold on really tightly, though to not do it. i mean i've tripped about 75-80 times in the past three years. yeah, sometimes i notice how it's changed me even when i'm not tripping, but mostly my perceptions and personality are pretty close to the same as they always were (though i have a hunch that i was always on more of the same wavelength as psychonauts than average people...i always had slight "abnormalities" in perception even before i ever did any drugs at all)

more i think it changes the way you think about things, and the experiences tend to make you reexamine your beliefs....but they dont automatically CHANGE them for you....maybe its just me, though.

 

The thing that tripped me out the most was that the world never looked quite as real after the first trip. I mean it literally looked a little more bright, fake..like a very detailed cartoon of it's former self, and it lost the nuances that nature had always held in my vision. I don't know if my experience was unique.....I can only hope it was, because if it wasn't there are a few people I need to go back and bitch slap for telling me LSd had no permanent effects.

 

this is a tough question. It really depends on what are your motives. You should take into factor that every drug can affect each person differently. I have heard of people who took acid and had a permanent trip. This may be just hearsay so i don't know. Also, how do you know it's full, pure lsd-25? because real acid is limited these days, people can use other things.


But having said that, lysergic acid diethylamide can be very good. It's fun, doesn't have withdrawal effects, and can change your perspectives. I would not recommend eating acid everyday for the rest of your life, but maybe one or two times a month wouldn't do anything. We all here in middle and high school through ant-drug programs and health class of people who took acid and killed themselves (ex: thinking your a banana and peeling yourself or thinking you can fly and jumping out of a building). But you know what the funny thing is? They said that mj makes you think you can fly and then you go kill yourself, which is retawded.

The main thing to think about if you are going to take LSD is what you are doing it for. If you are just doing it to get "fucked up" not only are you messing with the wrong drug, you are wasting a valuable life experience. LSD does change you, but not as much as people say it does. It makes the world appear as it really is, and makes many once important aspects of life much more trivial. You will see many truts if you use it right. If you like living in a world of lies however, and want to go on living in a money oriented lifestyle chasing after a "happyness" that you are told by the government, corporations, and your granny you can find by hard work and never questioning, then dont take it. You will not see your life the same. If you are using it for mind expansion however, it is the best drug you could get your hands on.

first time trip?


Make sure theres no family in the house. no parents. no siblings...whatsoever. and make sure they will be gone for atleast one day- 24 hours at least.

Call a girl that is intimately close to you because if shes not things could get awkward. She will be your tripping partner. no one else. especially no other guys. trust me. The next day is for you two only.

Make sure the internet (you'll need it if you cant find the girl), TV (maybe rent some movies- I would advise against anything other than family or kid oriented), and playstation are in good working order in case you get bored.

Get plenty of good music. (I prefer the dead and pink floyd (live) over any tripping music at home)

purchase some scented oils for some naughty time which if youre lucky there will be plenty of.

and go to a spencers goods or regular kids toy store before you two trip and buy a few things that seem interesting at the time. 9 times out of 10 they will be a million times more interesting when you trip.

have plenty of food and drinks. Fresh fruits, chocolate, candy. and to drink you should have water, orange juice, and a liquer (not liquor) of some sort. I like Kahlua.

PS might want to have a little marijuana as well if you smoke and when I say marijuana I mean some heady nugget. you need something that will taste good. and when you smoke just take a little toke or two. If you smoke too much you might flip out.

and if you smoke cigarettes get malbaro mild menthols or camel turkish jades or some other sort of light menthol cigarette

ah its always intense the first time. Basically you have to keep your mind occupied. If you just sit there and stare at a wall you are liable to start thinking scary thoughts.

Holy shit LSD is insane.... I got 2 double dipped blotter papers (180 micrograms each) for this friday. I took one and I tripped for hours on hours on hours. It was so nuts I can't even tell you what I saw. It was soooooooooooooooo crazy. It was SOOO intence like so intence it was hard to handle intence.

 

Ehh try not to listen to the garbage your dealer tells you. He doesn't know shit. Have fun tripping.

Comon...don't take this decision, first impression are sometimes bad. And it was for me. I had the most scary hour the first time I took lsd, but i tried a smaller dose and fell in love...
