Okay, im a newb in this area, ive never done it. At this point, im just curious. Can anyone give me any idea of what would happen to a minor in Michigan busted with..say a 10$ bag of weed? Just wondering because i've heard tons of stories ranging from juve to just fines and shit.
id imagine it would be confiscated and you'd either be driven home to your parents, or given a court date at which you may receive a short period of probation.
As a minor that lives in michigan.... lemme tell you from my experience, since the same situation happend to me. Depending on what city you live in, if it happens to be more towards the Detroit area or Ann Arbor, they really could care less about such a small amount of weed like that, so they might just call your parents and confinscate it, and thats worst case scenario... its because of the Meth crackdown thats been going on. I live in Saginaw, I dunno if you know where thats at, but I got busted with half an ounce and they just took my weed, bowl, and lighter, crushed the bowl, dumped the weed somewhere, and just gave me a lecture and told me to never come here again with weed, and if I do, then they will fine me 100$. So its not that bad around here. =)

you really dont have to worry bout the fuzz. the blue are usually the last thing i think about before i toke up. worry about your folks!
dont worry about cops too much i got busted by border parol once with about 10g or so and they just took it away now thats hard core cuz the dog smelled it and all and thats federal stuff they just made us toss it and gave us a lecture about maturity.
I got caught with a dime in school and a got a 293 dollar fine, a court date, a counlser and i got suspended, I almost got sent to jail, and I could be explled for the rest of my high school life, its pretty damn gay. I have a meetting coming up to see what happens.
