well shit come feb/march time ill loan u the money myself if u still havent done it by then. otherwise banks like to loan money but of course you gotta have a steady job and good credit and all that in most cases unless youre willing to take a high interest rate which may even be worth it if it comes down to that. also ive seen threads on this site regarding loans up to thousands of dollars if i recall correctly. i dont remember what subforum that was in though but there are generous people out there as long as ur reliable and will actually pay it back. again good luck.

i agree i didnt mean it was common just that he had the authurity. i also find it very strange that they sent a juvinile to state prison all i can think is it was a lot of money and or extensive record!!

 

somebody ounce gave me the advice that if a person has enough friends they can do anything...and also said if they were to have a few hundred people call the agency that was giveing the problems over and over and over and haveing several people do it over a long enough period of time the agency would get pissed off and give in because they couldent recive any other phone calls because they were beeing called about the person in question...in other words tie there phone lines up all day every day till they give in...any body else think this action sounds possable??? just simpley calling and asking y they split a family apart...and telling them who they are calling about...couple hundred people call 1 or 2 times a day not harassing but asking questions pertaining to the case....but im not giveing up yet ill know monday if my house and myself are acceptible to them

 

oh not more to the story they were trying to use her as a example she forged about 1000 bucks worth of checks her friends stole um and put her up to it though and when the going got tough they narked

Just because CPS came to his house is not proof that he did anything wrong. Anyone can make a complaint to CPS about someone and CPS must come out within 24 hours. Also if you look at his original post CPS found no abuse.

I see nothing wrong with him posting here asking for advice or help.

Anyway, michaelstevenson you should give the Urban Justice Center a call. They might be willing to help you out.

 

well parole came and inxpected my house thursday and i know for a fact my house passed with flying colores i just added a new room painted and drywalled whole house and put down carpet ant tiles throught whole house all things were donated from people from around upstate ny and gathered from clean up week in black river ..thank u all for throwing away sutch good things.......but the inside of my house looks better than it ever has and i was not expecting them...but if they wont let her come home now it is cause they dont like me and that could be the only reason parole officer told me i had a good chance but it is up to his supervisor...i will know monday and im sick to my stomach waiting for the results anticipateing her safe return and hopeing to see my next child born and bring it home thanx dalmer for sticking up for me not that i needed it but it is nice to have friends....mabe i can do the same for u some day and i only posted the facts as they happened and left nothing out if anyone was wondering

well tuesday and gone and no dicision from parole or atleast no call sorry i aint let u know what was up but am sitting on phone u could say waiting for it to ring...sick of wondering is that what they want from me just to see me sit around and suffer waiting as long as they can make me?

 

well its friday moarning thinking bout calling them...i think the part i like about not knowing is there is still hope till they tell me no

 

Have you contacted the Urban Justice Center or your local legal aide office yet? I think it would be important for you to get some kind of representation on this. Dealing with parole can be a sticky situation and since you are already having conflicts with them it would be a good idea to have someone else advocate for you.
