to go steal your stuff back would actually be the 'nice' thing to do,but I would be mean, go convince a cop to come with you, go to their house, knock on the door and when they answer very politely say "Hi my name is *your name goes here*, I live at *your adress* , it has come to my attention that you have cohorted, and now obtain *stolen items*. I would like them back now" *smile pleasantly*.............yeah thats what I would do
i wouldnt do it, imagine if you got caught? and you were then the one to face charges, that would suck very badly and in a world like this, i'd imagine thats what would happen.
I have a friend, Sasha, who runs a store in town. One day a drum was stolen from her store. A friend of hers happened to to see some kids on a nearby street corner with what he recognised as the stolen drum. He offered them a good price for the drum but had to go back to get his wallet. When he returned, he took the drum and said "I left the money with Sasha in the store; you can go get it from her" and Sasha got her drum back.
RE: Would it be wrong of me to one day in the very early hours of the morning to break in to that person's house and retreive my stolen goods? Take your property back, and then take a ball peen hammer to the fingers of the thief in question.
