Not really. The only thing you can do is wait a while to smoke. The longer you wait, the lower your tolerance. But your tolerance will be at it's lowest when all of the THC is gone from your system. After the THC is gone from your system, the tolerance can't really get any lower. It can take weeks for all of the THC to be gone, though.

tru it does take a while, I didnt toke for like three months and got very stoned when I smoked 2 blunts yesterday.

just go drink or find some other drug to do for a while then come back to mary
meth is always a good time killer.

i didnt smoke for three months, when i did it was mindblowing. its totally worth three boring budless months man, you return to the fold a lot more appreciative of the sweet doobage and probably with a different outlook on it altogether.

I'd say any type full detox program could help you out a bit.

but i dun think its worth the hassle just to get high again over waiting a little bit.

naaa ....i dont wanna do ne drugs except good ol hash.......i HATE HATE hateee alcohol....and besides over here..(in pakistan) you dont have many varieties of drugs
except .... hash,E,speed, horse tranqulizers (haa i know) cocain heroin...and i just dont wanna get in to anything except hash..

and over here Ecstacy...CAN FUCK YOU UP!! cuz ...the ppl who sell it....they say its from some other countries but they make it in there homes...by mixing ...all kinds of other drugs and shit... so you have to find a reliable dealer who isnt lieing abt where he gets it from...
and just to make things more clear to u ppl.....we get CHURSE here..which is the lowest form of hash/weed..its like a 12 inch ROD....and the dealers always tamper with it...they mix sleeping pills in it or opium or whateverr (i dont know how) ...just to get you addicted so you keep coming back to them...

i wanna do (try) shrooms..but they arent avaliable here :(

Theoretically, drinking lots of water, cranberry juice, or whatever will lower your tolerance. People flush THC out of their system for drug testing, so it should lower your tolerance. I'm quitting for a little while to lower my tolerance, and I was thinking about this on the way back from class just now. Who knows, though.

Ya see I went an entire YEAR without bud and I swear my first toke after that was like heaven. I think it says somewhere on erowid how long i takes thc to leave your system after frequent smoking. I know if its occasional smoking then its three days but i know frequeent use was much higher.

It is different for every person. It all depends on your metabolism, how fast your body burns fat. Since THC is fat soluble, it sticks to the fat and is stored in your body. Fat people are going to take longer to cleanse their system, and skinny people will be shorter. There are ways to increase metabolism, like excercising, but...about that....I'm lazy.
