do you mind getting stiffed on the tip?

i always tip about 15 to 25 percent.

although there have been a couple occasions when a server was so rude that i just straight up didnt tip at all.

 

i'm a big tipper if i like the server. we once had this waitress that smelled like cotton candy and was really cute and nice. i just wanted to lean over and bite her thigh. since that was probably illegal, i tipped her well, knowing that dave and i were about to go have some hot monkey sex.

 

hmmmm, bitch just hung up on me over the phone after taking my order. I was going ot ask how much it totaled and about how long it would be, but she just said "thanks" and hung up after taking my order and address. That greatly reduces the delivery person's tip potential. Maybe I'll just tell the delivery person that the phone person was a bitch

We tip over 25% in town and it pays off. Wherever we go they fall over one another trying to please us and make our dining experience very special. Most rich people are bad tippers and cheap.
The people who leave the best tips usually have less money and have worked in a job where they depended on tips. I can only remember one waitress we did not tip at all-becasue she was so bad it was awful.
NEVER FUCK with ANYONE who handles your food.

 

i got mediocre service the other day and i tipped 50%

the cook (a friend of mine) had to refill my water, the watiress didnt even come to greet me when i sat down cuz "she didnt think i was gonna order anything". didnt offer me dessert, just set the bill down right when my foodcame out. she went on break too. i still tipped 5 bucks on a 10 dollar bill.

 

At Fridays, we have to tip out 4% at the end of the night, regardless. Nothing pisses me off more than having to pay the bussers, hostesses, service bartender, and food runners out of pocket to have some jerkoffs sit down and eat. But that's just me. Fuck em.
