Messed up situation. Please help.

First-get a test. It will make everything soo much easier. If it comes out negative, you will be so relieved then you don't have to worry about it anymore.


Second-kick out your roommate. You need to give him a clear sign that you are not his midnight sex toy. If he refuses to leave, call the cops. Is he on the lease? Then, you may have a problem.

Third-I'm not going to advise you on what to do IF you are pregnant as far as the abortion/adoption/single mother issue. But, if you choose to have an abortion, it's up to you whether or not to tell the father-and since you aren't sure who it would be, you might just want to keep it to yourself.

If you choose to give the child for adoption, research your state's laws regarding paternity for adoption. In Florida, women have to place a notice in the local newspapers to notify the father of the adoption (unless the law has changed). The father will have rights once the child is born and he could get custody if you choose adoption.

If you choose keeping the child, you then have to decide what to do about the father. Unless you move away, both men will obviously know that you are pregnant. And, they may possibly want to know if they are the father (and they have every right to). You will need to get a paternity test and establish custody immediately. Also, arrange for child support.

This is a sticky situation you've gotten yourself into. I hope for the best for you. If you aren't pregnant, I hope you take the neccessary precautions next time you have sex. If you need anything, you can PM me.

I have to vote with IronGoth it was rape and no one should be allowed just to walk away from that. He might not wait until the next woman is sleeping.

Just an update. Roommate has moved out. He ended up reading this post and got completely pissed off. After dealing with his bitch of a mom and **** of a sister (even he says his sister is a ****.. lol), I'm finally glad for the peace and quiet.
