Okay..
This guy I'm currently dating has an extremely high sex drive..
Much higher then mine, I can admit..
He would prefer to have sex 4+ times a day, and get head in between..
While I on the other hand, find sex after the second time to be quite painful..
I've tried a couple different lubes (found out the hard way that I am allergic)..
.. Honestly I dont think lube would even fix my problem, because the pain I am feeling is way inside...

As a guy with a higher sex drive than my women's I can certainly relate to your problem, although she doesn't have the pain problem. Maybe you could try sex earlier in the day and then again later in the evening. You could try as opposed to regular sex in between slowly working his cock into you and then just barely moving, just being together might be nice or mutual masturbation. Just some ideas.
