this is a poem i wrote and then adapted slightly to make it into a song... hope you enjoy it Getting carried away with myself On a sea of insincere sympathy but it's too late to retract Crossing out the words That are meaningless right now I find out what has been holding me back wake up pouring with sweat another dream about a nightmare one of many stupid mistakes i have made underlining the words that mean something to me now try to learn from my regrets And it's you, it's all for you every second hand emotion This is how my heroes tell me how to feel When i'm stuck for a memory to inspire me i think back to a time when i said something i never should have said
great word usage...have you ever tried putting one point with another until they make a short story of some sort?....i think it would turn out awesome

thats how i write poems usually...i just write pages and pages until it comes to an ending...and then just cut out all the rubbish bits...
