So me and some freinds were smoking like 4 weeks ago, and it was soem really dank chron, well as we were braking up a nug, a seed popped out and we were like holy S...so a few days later, we droped the seed in a water bottle full of mountian water, and nothing happend for like 13 days, and we figured it was dead, and a couple days later i was cleaning my room and was gonna throw the bottle away, and it had sprouted :-D so i grabed my planting pot filled it with some soil, and droped the seed in there and hoped for the best...so now were on day 5 of growing the seed, and its probly about or 5 or 6 inches and starting to get more leaves, we have been setting it out in the natural sunlight all day and bringing it in at night, watering it like everother day, soon ill have to brign it inside and am going to get a light and were gonna put it on a 12/12. ill post some pics soon :-d

Invest in a GOOD light...don't waste your time (nor seed) with a crappy one...and remember, you can always use that same light over and over and over and over and over and over...

I have 160 Watt Fluroscent tubes for lighting. They are 4 tubes in length and the plants are about 2 inches away from the light. If you want a good dank fast growing plant you would need MH and HPS lighting I suppose. I use Fluroscent, the plants may grow slower and the buds may be fluffier but thats all I can get right now so thats what I gotta stick with. Id say get 2 4 foot wracks, 2 blue spectrum tubes, 2 cool whites and 2 warm whites. Use 2 cool whites and 2 blue spectrum for vegetive, and cool whites and warm whites for flowering. I know blue spectrum is to stimulate chlorophyll production but I jus think that would make the weed harsher but who knows you could give it a try. Make sure the tubes are each 40 watts or more.

    Day 7

After, 7 days of my plant being planted, we have continued to get up at 6am and put the plant out side and leave it outside in the sun all day untill 5 and bring it in so it gets about 11 hours of sun, witch i think is better for it then 18 under a fake light. But soon we are going to have to go to a bigger size pot, and bring it indoors and so we are going to buy a 75 watt florecent bulb and keep it on the plant, i should probly water it, but now we have 6 leaves growing on it *yay*, once agian im working on getting some pics...so hoe to have thoes up soon!!

you shoudl invest in a real growing light.....well the bulb is real but it wont really work, www.insidesun.com they have good growing lights for pretty cheap.....well since you live in san deigo you shoudl put that pretty thing outside, and keep it outside........you and your buddies go out in the woods and find a nice sunny spot....thats what i woudl do, a 75 watt fluro isnt goin to produce any bud............do u know if it is a male or female yet??? and you shoudlnt water it every other day....you shoudl wait for the soil to dry up a lil bit in between each waterings so the roots stretch for the water... (so like every 3- 4 days)and giving a plant 18 hours of light inside is the veg stage that is the stage where the plant produces the bud sites and preflowers, that is a very important stage...and the 12 hour stage you were talking about is the flowering stage and thats when the plant grows up to 3 - 4 times it size from the veg stage, and then its produces buds....IF you grow it properly.....so ask yourself ...can i really put this in my closet and have no 1 notice???? FUCK NO....i woudl just put it outside...........

There are lots of forests within a 45 min drive of San Diego, or less. Go to Big 5 and get a trail guide.

Unless you can build a proper growroom, your plant is doomed. Marijuana needs at least 16 hours of light per 24 to veg (18 is better, 24 is best).

Outside, plant in the spring, harvest in the fall.

You can't grow pot indoors without everyone else in the house finding out about it, and it's BAD kharma to grow inside without your parents permission, since if you get busted they take the fall.
