I started this about a week and a half ago, but have been so busy doing custom orders, that I haven't had much time to work on it. It's still a work in progress and I am thinking about redoing the applique that is there. I decided that I want the tree to cover most of the back, since it is a long coat. The coat is reversible and will be a golden fleece on the other side with a harvest moon applique (atleast for now anyway, until I change my mind again). May inspired me to make a coat..... I will not however be keeping this one for me, it will go to my store on Etsy.
Well, as soon as it is done, I will definitely post pics. I removed the applique that is on it in the picture. I decided to go big with my tree and cover the back. I am also working on the harvest moon applique for the reverse side.
