Little outdated. The only path to weight loss is to burn more than you take in. Anything else either is a fraud or only provides temporary weight loss (such as water pills). Just is not a quick road to taking off pounds. However, you should be sure you are overweight first a lot of people especially women thank they need to lose weight when they do not.
My suggestion for rapid weightloss is to get hooked on meth. J/K dont do that but hell if you're crazy enough go ahead.
