Ok. I used to work with this girl who was a real melodramatic crybaby. She has a boyfriend who is abusive, but she PROVOKES him to hit her just so she can play the victim to her friends. You know the type. And she tries to validate it by saying "It's ok. I hit him back." 0_o Anyway, my husband comes home and says 'guess what?' and I'm like 'what?' He tells me this chic is PREGNANT!!!! Now, I know for a fact that she was on the pill when I worked there, and she was all playing with the idea of being a mommy or whatever. Yeah yeah. That's all well and good, but how IRRESPONSIBLE to bring a child into the world KNOWING that you are going to expose it to domestic violence!!! She had to knowingly stop taking her hormones, so this was most definitely not an 'oopsie'. It just makes me so mad because I know she is doing this for the attention too! And how SELFISH!!!! She was talkng to me one time, about all her friends and family with children, and how she sometimes wished that she and her bf had one. She felt 'left out'... I don't know. You would understand what I'm talking about more if you knew her. I just hop that this child brings along a change of heart for the both of them. OH and now that I think about it... She also drinks heavily...I hope she stops during her pregnancy!!!
How does saying well he hits me provoke him? maybe she is making excuses for him. And people can miss the pill or if she was ill that can sto it working and its only about 98 %. if they are that bad get social services involved and then they can decide what they are like - they know what people are like in different situation - which by your post sounds a bit like you dont - sorry but thats they way it comes accross
There's more than enough crazy women out there. More fool him for sticking around. Seems like they were made for each other. As for kids, well, where's the next dysfunctional generation gonna come from?
No she does things to piss him off and jumps all over his shit knowing she'll make him mad enough to hit her, in order to go say "ohh I'm a victim! Give me attention!" I have known this girl for a year and a half, and it's always the same thing. The cops have been called on them numerous times, but she won't press charges. And DSS is not an answer either. The problem is, the DSS in my area sucks. They don't investigate the way they should. My sister had to report one of her friends because her child was sleeping on the floor with dog feces in her house everywhere, and you know what they did? NOTHING! Makes me sick.

I've been mad enough to where I wanted to hit people, too. But, guess what, I DON'T. Don't blame the victim. If he resorts to violence because she was being aggravating, it is because he is violent.
