I think those rules would make for cleaner, healthier anal sex. You don't have to worry about fecal matter making its way through the colon if you haven't eaten in 6 hours and you get cleaned out by the enema. I think that for the viewers of such videos, it is more enjoyable too - the guy's dick isn't covered in shit when he removes it from the girl's ass.

i have always wondered about this subject and how it is done in porn industry I'm really careful about how clean i am before having anal, i don't use enema but i make sure i'm clean, though my boyfriend says it doesn't matter. but i couldn't relax if i wasnt sure that i'm all clean. it would be so embarrasing otherwise
I make sure that I've used the toilet an hour or so before hand ... and afterwards I clean myself up in the bathroom using liquid soap and fingering myself clean. I know it doesn't sound too nice, but it does the trick. Much cleaner when it comes down to it.

Here is how we prepare. Have a bowel movement several hours before. Buy a Fleet Enema in the drugstore. Empty the laxitative solution in the Fleet enema and rinse well. Refill with lukewarm water and insert it. The Fleet enema does not hold a lot of water, but as long as you get half of it inside it will clean you out. After several minutes expel the water. Then take a shower and you are all set. My wife uses this and I use this when she is going to massage my prostate. Everything always comes out clean.
