eh im suspicious. i have a friend who bought a "vape alternative" for thirty bucks and it was the most retarded piece of glass ever.

 

It's not a "vape substitute". It IS a vape, it's just a more hands-on approach to vaping. Plus, it's not as efficient as the expensive vapes.

 

and why buy that when you can make one out of a lightbulb. I did it, it's not hard.

 

exactly. You can also buy them in stores around here for 50 cents, but most people use them to smoke meth.

 

vaping just has this harshness to it I cough randomly for about a half hour after smoking out of one. Its odd.

The only problem is the afore mentioned harshness. Which is why I converted mine into a bubbler.

Im actualy a big fan of lightbulb vaporizing, but I do agree that it is harsher than regular smoke.

Well, I have never used a lightbulb vape, but I'm sure that you inhale a lot of heat, and that's gotta be pretty harsh on the lungs.

 

Ya, it doesn't feel the same as smoke does. Vape goes down pretty nice, personaly I feel like it burns deep in my lungs, from pretty much all vaporizors. I can't explain how it hurts, but its not the same as smoke at all, its like stingy and moist and sharp.

 

See, I'd say it's much drier, but you're right, it is quite sharp. I only did it a one or two times before I said fuck it to vaps and converted it to a bubbler. But maybe I'll try it again.

I don't remember, is the high any different with a vap?

 

does it really matter if the glass bulb is frosted or not?

And how do you get all of the glass tubing out of the inside? Do you just jab at it and break it up?

 

I have only vaped from store bought vaporizers. To me, there was no burn, it tastes like raw herb, and the high is completely different. It feels like a medical high if that makes sense. I like to get fucking blazed with my bong.

 

Normal light bulb (100 watts if possible; the glass is more heat resistant than 40/60 watters. The bulb should be clear and not frosted)
