I just moved to halifax from yarmouth, and i feel like camping, but i don't want to pay to camp, I was just wondering if anyone around the halifax area knew of a place, like next to a lake or something, a big field, something like that....that i would be able to just go and set up for a night, free. We would always do it in Yarmouth, bu i'm not sure of places around halifax
I think you have to pay to camp pretty much anywhere... you can always ask though to stay on someone's front lawn, see if they mind...
