    i have been baking alot and need to find a egg substutite

    Ener-G egg replacer, or applesauce, or a banana, or arrowroot powder. Depends on what you are doing.

    You can also use ground flaxseed blended vigorously with water for some things. Off hand, I think 1 TBS fax + 1/4 cup water = 1 egg. I use this for cookies and quick breads with a lot of success.
