i don't really want to get into my story of why i need this information, but if i were to get caught selling a very small amount of shrooms what kind of shit would i be in?
probably a lot. i don't know any specific laws in your state or even in mine but i'm sure they wouldn't consider it a good thing. i heard from someone (could be bullshit) that you could get charged with attempted manslaughter because people think you can die from them. just be careful and if it's only a small amount only deal with friends.
I've heard rumors of drug dealers being charged with capital crimes; it's simply not true. There's no way that would hold up in court.
If you were here in the UK then you would be in trouble. Mushrooms are still classed as a class A drug, the same as Heroin or Cocaine. If you had a small amount then you could probably get away with claiming they are for personal use, but if they can prove you are dealing you would probably get a few months in prison. Check out your local state laws and then decide if its worth the risk. It probably isnt.
wow youd get such a hard penalty, its a felony in illinois, if your caught w/ shrooms your basically fucked.. like minimum of 3 years in prison if your an adult or some bullshit, and like a $50,000 bail fine, or some bullshit. attempt to distribute shrroms is incredibly serious, cops finding apound of marijuana on you wont be as harsh as shrooms.
