I want to knit some gifts for my favorite teachers for christmas. I want to make one for my chemistry teacher, my band teacher(preferably incorporating trumpets) and my spanish teacher. I can knit these really cute dolls/teddybears and lambs, so maybe something incorporating that? I want something really quirky too, like maybe a knitted chemist. Does anyone have any ideas?

what about a trumpet cosy? My grandma made me one years ago for Christmas (i was a hard core busker back in the day). I loved it so much!

Spanish teacher? What about some textbook covers? Maybe even stitch the name of the text on the cover?

As for your Chem teach... bah... i'm taped out.. lol. Chemisty was never my class. Whats his/her last name? Maybe a winter hat with a Mr or Mrs or Miss ? (first inital of last name, especially if its on the periodic table... like Mr. H) with the atomic weight and number in the corners?

Knit a bear and buy a plastic trumpet (or make one out of papier mache) and have him/her holding it!
