"Oh Marijuana, a gift from god to my brothers and me... Oh Marijuana, The Government wants to test me when I pee" I heard this song and it's apparently by Phish. There is however two things that make me sort of doubt it. 1) It doesn't sound like Trey's voice. I dunno if it belongs to anybody else in the band but I would assume it's Trey. 2) I can't find this song on any of their song databases I was wondering is someone could tell me if this is just a rare Phish song or if it's from somebody else. theres a bunch of mislabeled phish songs on bearshare and kazaa and shit, u shouldnt use those anyway. one I found was Gin and Juice by "Phish", and it deffinately wasnt phish.
IT IS NOT PHISH. there have been many discussions about this....and many stupidly disagreed with me. they had no proof, except for their mislabled download....why would try to argue with such a shitty source....i don't know, i'm rambling....but it is 100% not PHISH...
this is brought up about every month or so....... maybe I should make a sticky saying that marijuana and gin and juice are not by phish..... and dont trust any labelling of music you find on the net.
My friend is a new Phish fan and he was trying to impress me by singing a Phish song and he started to sing "Marijuana" and told me how much he loved that song and what a great band Phish was...then I told him. It was great. "Gin and Juice" on Limewire is pretty hillarious though.
