My cat's breath stinks, how can I get it to go away? I mean it is more than normal. I doubt he would want me to brush his teeth. Is there another way to get it to subside for a while?

what do you feed the cat? Bad breath is usually one of two things 1 is cheap food cheap food, if you feed cheap food at least feed him a can of tuna every other day, you will notice his breath improving, also feeding him plain yogurt once or twice a week will help and some fresh cat grass. little things add up.

or he has something in his teeth and could use a good tooth brushing at least once a week

He doesn't like grass, I feed him a mix of purina indoor cat food and those friskies pouches.

to some extent cat breath isnt.....well....pleasant. but if his breath is seemingly worse than what would be considered normal for a cat then have him checked by a vet. bad breath could indicate an infection in the mouth.

My dog has some stinky breath too but that's because he's getting older, he didn't had it all his life. I don't know how old your cat is but the getting older fase could be the case of a stinky breath. My vet told me that they are also doing operations to clean the teeth and everything but since my dog is already 13 the chance of him getting stuck in the narcose are much higher then for younger dogs, so I considered not to do it after all. Now i'm just giving my dog a denta stick once in a while, which is a bone especially to get the smell away but it doesn't help shit and in the end you end up with an even more stinky dog's mouth.

But I still love him anyway..:)

Sprinkle garlic on the cats and your food, the neutralization factor
