hello growers, i live in colorado and am a state certified mmj user and i grow my own medicine. a while back i recieved some seeds from a friend. he said they were HUMBOLT COUNTY HAS PLANT beans. my question is: does any body know about this strain and the chances of finding some more of these beans? i had very good results and would like to get a few more. i lost contact with the guy that originally gave me the 1st ones and didnt get any clones.......that was not smart.

I lost that strain in its pure form around 1999. I been searching but have not found any.
Is it a main cola dominant type pheno? If so put an order in for two if ya find some and I'll do the same.
Really sweet hashy flavor, like nepalese temple balls by chance? Damnn i miss it, you should have used the males bro.

    Ahh dont worry
If those were in a paper envelope marked hashxhumbolt I know exactly what those were. Those are not actually a humbolt county strain. Although a lot of humbolt genetics were used in development. It is more a "end of the hippie hash trail" And my personal holy grail. Your search is over.
Most of those seeds i am unable to release but some have been treated and are doing just fine. Fusarium wilt outbreak during a breeding session. SM-90 was used to treat the seeds. A clean generation is born but the seeds are very very few.
I might have some fourth to 1st gen Bx i could spare for a med patient such as yourself- those are clean from wilt.
And to clear up "humbolt county hashplant" Please: if anyone does have this strain, or "mendocino county hashplant" we still need it for bx purposes and re-creating margerita, parent to wildberry. Wildberry is stinky renamed more suitibly. It stinks yes, but the different berry/chocolate/coffee/ eath/ fruit salad type smells that continue to change during flowering had a tendecy to drive me wild. The berry being the hardest to put a finger on.. Well wildberry just fit.
The geneology is as such. Chocolate columbian monster female grown out in the outdoors right next to a couple dozen pure hashplants. The males we let live and pollenated both hashplants and columbian female. Open pollenation of entire complete genepool. A male from the second or third generation of this strain was chosen, and pollen was stored. It was chosen for it's hash smell and heavy branching qualities.
I was gifted a hogsbreath s1 seed, I grew it out. It was a random female. I made some femm seeds from hawaiian and mexican and chocolate columbian. The hogsbreath also made s2 on herself.I also used the chocolatecolumbianxhashplant pollen on her. She was very stable and needed to go way past her harv date to create random pods. The majority of the outcrossings from this session were never used. the hogsbreath and columbianXhashplant were crossed later again. There may have been some of the hawaiian influence in them.

A couple generations later I used a male hashplantxcolumbian pheno on a hogsbreath or what at the time I called my "christmas tree" pheno. I also used a "columbian" pheno.
The columbian pheno offspring had locked in hermie traits. i later found it was due to a random hermie sibling X to my TG male.
The christmas tree's I have not tried- they may or may not have this phenomenon occurring.
But I also did an outcross to a strain called "humm". It is basically a humbolt but is a little racier, and is clone only from a seed that flowered at birth. Auto-flower elite.
Anyways...... the chocolatexhashplant pheno (but with hidden hogsbreath traits) was used with humm. This made those seeds you seek. Those are now my backups. The other generations are better i feel anyways.
Sooo, hashxhum was just the first and last.
    Now you have the middle.
It has taken a year to figure out what i did over 9 years. That's it in a nutshell.
The seeds you seek are wildberry. And are about ready to hit c-bay by next summer, maybe sooner. You can be my test grower eh!
I designed it for the med patients and dang im glad it does the trick.......
This makes me happy, to find someone seeking something i created because it does what they need it to...Your not the only either. Everyone who ever tried them wants more L.O.L. Thats why Im like almost out.. Might have to make some more next year sometime. I made the third gen hoping to be done with it for 10 years or so. Now i gotta re-do that generation or make more BX to do the c-bay thing....
I'll probably just release BX because I have the means to put those out steadily in any quantity I need. Im testing The IBL for the first time myself. I will hang on to most of the third gen so i can re-create ibl from seed grows of whatever numbers i can manage. This will enable me to re-create ibl, and even evolve her if needed.
The fusarium was heartbeaking and a blessing both.I was working on building it's disease/pest resistance.I lost many from the original genepool of fifty.I ended up using 3 males to 12 females to make the next gen. Those seeds were used, a faster budding male to around 20 females.Im testing that IBL now.

    Great deal then.
Glad it works for you, sure does the trick for us here,I have anxiety and she has chronic pain. Wildberry is one of the few that work for both of us equally.Nlxkush seems to do the trick well also...And im starting to like this g-13, though it hasnt really cured yet.Might like it a bit more once it's cured out awhile....

I had to think about it a minute...L.O.L.
But there are a few more I have found that work also..
Sour Diesel-reservoir seeds. I find this to be irresistably tasty, and a great daytime smoke. It has a good head stone, yet a clean body up. Move mountains with this one...
I see why it won a cup in the hightimes competition.
My creeper sativa- unknown parentage, But I was told there were thai strains in the surplus seedstock I culled this from. It grows up about 3 -4 foot and sends sprawling branches in every direction, like an octopus. This one is very potent and has a deep couchy head high, but a positive energy up body high. This i find to be an interesting combination, and very little anxiety to the overall high makes this one of my favorite daytime smokes. The plants have smallish yields, but extremely high quality buds. Very sticky and smell like skunky gardenias. This has somewhat of the same smell and taste in flowering as it does cured, curing will only sweeten it up and strengthen the flavor.Very sticky resin.
RomberryXpeak-19 very stony body and head- great afternoon smoke, irresistable pine/pinesol flavor.
G-13... original version.. great morning bronchitis phlem removal (eeewwww grosss) nice high, strangly familiar flavor. Deep head stone. Not cured enough or grown long enough to know bottom. I reverted her for a mom so only got to 3% amber and waited 2 days. Still curing so dont know much, but what I have tried kicks butt..
Another fine addition to the collection.
Nothin knocks me to the couch and makes me sleep like stinky though, nice toothace medicine, relaxing mellow stony lazy buzz. Stinky wildberry took ten years to develop and perfect. Im glad it took so long it was worth the wait..
Chocolate covered strawberries, or as a friend calls it "chocolate cheesecake"
    the smells drive me nuts.
    wildberry fits.
Im glad you found those ,And im hoping they work as good or better than before.
