I realized yesterday...

I realized yesterday that all a kitchenaid mixer is is a very small drill press with a locking mechanism and the press mechanism reversed, oh yes and a clutch you can adjust on the fly......


other than that, they are the exact same thing.....


so I need to get an olde drill press, rip it apart, make a really big dough mixer, and enamel the whole thing in navy blue......


then make an obscene amount of pastry......
