The only time you need to worry is when it changes direction. Like if you were straight and all of a sudden it starts bending to the left, you could have a cyst or some sort of internal scarring. As a woman, I have never heard any complaints from other females regarding a bent dick. EVER. I personally find them fascinating.

 

i think most guys are a bit sensitive to issues concerning the penis. mine seems to have a slight corkscrew effect going on. it's fairly subtle although i certainly notice it when on my own. i think curvature only becomes a legitament problem if it impedes penetration. otherwise, dicks are just like mushrooms growing out in the wild--they all look a little different.
