when i was little that song used to make me cry, cause i thought the little boys only friend died. (like i didnt understand the reference).. come to think of it, now that i do know the reference the song makes me cry still. hahaha

 

i just thought the song was about smoking pot...but when i was a kid, i thought it was about a magic dragon...dragons do puff smoke

 

it is about pot.. but then the joint ends (puff dies) or something like that. and the stoner has no more pot. its a sad tale.
