    no, not dancing queen... well

Anyways, it started off with my mother and I at someone's wedding with a big multi-course dinner and there was a dancing competition at the end. The first dance was just for fun, so my mom and I danced around like fools (I was the lead). Then, whoever was the lead had to sit down and be chosen for the next dance. I ended up dancing with some guy around my age, really rich and really attractive. Danced around a bunch and then we were all up on the stage (me, my dancer, my mom and some people), just sitting on the stage while the judges decided who was the winner. I won because they said I did the stiff dances well (that's the word used in my dream... ones where you had to keep your back stiff n stuff) and my mom got the second place. My prize was a ferrari (didn't realize there was a prize to be won while I was dancing) and it was going to be in the mail... my plan was to sell it, get a lower priced car and buy a new computer with the left over money (somehow a ferrari was a multimillion dollar car in my dream)

it's just... it's still so vivid. And it really makes me want to tak edancing lessons, heehee

Maybe your mind was trying to tell you that there is something that you don't do often but you do it well. Maybe it was a challenge to try something new. It could be that you saw someone dancing on tv or even just heard the word. Maybe it's your spirit needing to be set free in a different, physical way. I think it could mean a lot of things but it sounds like a very positive dream.

Did you recently see a Ballroom movie?

Dancing in dreams connote a carefree time is coming, when all goes well.

Have you ever been to the Ballroom contests in England?

"The stiff ones ...," probably Tango and Waltz. When I was into Ballroom competition I preferred the Rumba (much sexier than Tango). I could see where I would have liked the Paso Doble, though. Mainly I competed in Disco and the Latin dances. I hated Tango and Waltz, although even if I am s*** faced drunk my back automatically straightens out and I go into dancing form (that was many years ago.)

By all means see if you will like Ballroom dancing, it's a great way to make friends (and lovers).
