Lamp Height In Small Space

hi every1! was just wondering if any1 could tell me if i could use a 400w sodium lamp in a room what is 1m 24cm high from floor to celing. also would would i be able to use 1 vent fan or would i need an intake fan aswell my room spec is H-1.24 L-1.24 W-70cm.If height is going to be a problem im thinking of a quad envirolite lamp any idea's please

 

If I remember my conversion chart correctly, 24 cm is less than 1'.
Do you have any idea how tall marijuana grows?
Btw, spacing between the bulb of a 400-watt and the plant tops is about 1'.

You need to read up on both marijuana cultivation and growroon construction.

 

Thats only 4' 1" you need closer to 2m thats 6' 6" you might
make it with 1m 80cm thats slightly less than 6'
If its possible try to remove the ceilliing/roof its most likely
made of gyprock/plaster-board to see if you can get more head room.

 

after checking the height in the highest part of the loft it only comes to 1m 70 so a sodium light will be no good. so im sticking to my original height of 1m 24 and going for a quad envirolite lamp. will the height of 1m 24 be ok now with the envirolight? thanks for any input

 

I missed seeing the >1m< in front of the 24.

3 types of light work for growing weed:
fluorescent (poor)
MH (good for veg, not so good for flowering)
HPS (the king of lights for growing).

Which of these 3 is an "enviro-light"?

In addition, to grow good pot you need AT LEAST 6000 lumens per sq/ft.

And of course flo-thru ventilation.
