OMG!! I can't believe they're making a schnazzy flick out of the book. EEE i'm way too excited. I grew up reading about narnia n all that jazz. god, I feel silly for getting so excited for it, but it's neat! early december sometime, the ad said
nope.. she is totally lying to you. Lies, lies, lies... :H it's being released December 9th. Check out http://www.narniaweb.com/ for more info. the CG effects for Alsan look amazing in the trailers, eh?
hey is that the lion the witch and the wardrobe cos ages ago they did 1 and i have it on video lol but i wana go and see the new one too
the new one looks absolutely amazing, just seen a trailer at the cinema, and have decided to read the book before I go and see it again, woooh Narnia Michael x
Boooooooo!!!!!!! No seriously, I just felt like doing that . It has been ages since I have read the book so I will have to check it out before I see the movie.
yeah I grew up with these books, loved em (despite the super-religion) But yeah the movie looks great. They filmed a lot of it down here - I was reading this interview with the filmamkers who said they had to be super careful to avoid locations that had been used for LOTR, or when they did they had to change it quite dramatically. But it does look wicked - especially the battle scene which is in this huge field with these enormous rocks. They are arrestingly huge, and real. woohoo.
oh yeah i'm excited, when i was little i was so into these books... heh ei used to hide in our big linen closet on the top shelf and wish to go to Narnia hehe i was a weird little kid
I remember reading this book in school. Though I have to admit I did not read the whole thing so I am glad the movie has finally out. Now I can finally find out what happen.
well i think it would take a little out of LW+W if you already knew the wardrobe was magic, or that the proff was Digory [or whatever his name is] and stuff that being said, i can't freaking wait...i am probobly going to see it opening day
werent the books released all "out of order"? like wasnt it like the lion the witch and the wardrobe came out first but was second in the series? and then even more random after that.
Narnia is the best! Some of my favourite books EVER. I have to see the film even though I know I'll be dissapointed because the books are so amazing and no film can ever live up to it!
saw it. thought it was good but not out standing, what spoilt it for me? I thought the witch came across as very wooden, she was a bitch but not at all scarey. all the kids but Lucy where pretty nondescript too. mr tumnus was good though! I went to see it on the preview and the cinema wasn't even full. did you folks know its been part made by dysney? their animations are great but their feature films take a lot to be desired, knowing this I think we're lucky its as good as it is S
Isn't Janis supposed to be like really beautiful, or did she change after eating the apple from the garden? Cause she is horrid looking (beauty wise) in the film
well isn't that a matter of opinon, I just don't think she was that good as Janis in the film, as I said I found her really unscary S
