Jailed For Conspiracy...21 Days

    So, yeah i just got out jail TODAY...i got nailed for conspiracy to manufacure MDMA...but due to lack of evidence i was released after 21 days of bullshit...


    Removed unproven allegation against hipforums. - Skip

    ..all i had was paperwork...no chems, no lab glass...but they looked.....they monitored all my mail from jail, my phone calls...NOTHING!! you PUNK FUCKS!!!!
    So the charge was abandoned..thank god for my lawyer.....BUT I am being watched...so
    THIS IS A WARNING....
    they are watching..you do go to jail and if you have any 2 of the 3...
    1) chems
    2) lab equip
    3) instructions

    it is conspiracy
    and you can go to prison for a long time...without ever making a thing
    so psylence is silenced

    Dude that is unbelievable. They sure went through a lot of stuff to nab someone from here, when to me it's pretty obvious that probably almost no one who frequents these forums is into anything really "big-time." Big enough that is to waste a bunch of resources on you. Do you have any more specifics, like what LE agency started the investigation etc.?

    I didnt serve 21 days..I was held for 21 dats then the charge was dropped

    I wasn't told for sure that is was from this site, they wouldn't say..the inditment just said "internet traffic was monitored for such and such time"
    I live In Florida...so those of you that have been around for a while, know who went down in 98' in Tampa...well i live about 80 miles from there...
    we have Orlando,ybor,miami....big time X spots plus all the ports that the bad drugs come in on...so between nazi jab bush and his slam-pig of a wife , they got real strict on all drugs and crime 10-20-life...ans stiff drugs laws..even the death penalty for trafficking..this was effective July 1st 1999...
    my point is they are using every method to put an end to the flow of drugs..we are the only state with its own drug czar and The DEA lists us as the 2nd most violent state...so they have a sub-contacted team of cpu geeks that track down ppl using cpu's to aid in crime..(they also track down child porn ppl too..so im glad they are around)..but anyway they noticed some of my posts and emails, i guess and told local FBI..
    The feds thought I alredy had chems and was trying to produce MDMA...they wanted to get me for manufacture before any drugs hit the streets..but they jumped the gun..(thank god)
    so please be careful....one day we will be free

    Dude, I removed your claim that you were busted cause this site is "bugged". More likely you were busted cause you went to ANOTHER website, one based in the US, perhaps even a STING operation where your IP # was tracked.

    That is all they need to locate you, an IP#. They could get that from so many places you visited on the net, even from email that you sent to someone, not necessarily this site. Our webserver is not in the USA, so they would have a much more difficult time finding out your IP#.

    We recommend people who are worried about this to cloak their IP# using proxy servers. They might still track you down, but it'll be much more difficult.

    BTW, if they held you for 21 days without charge, I believe that is a violation of habeus corpus, but of course with the Patriotic Act, I believe that rule has been trashed. Another loss of human rights thanks to BUSH.

    And since they were going to charge you with "conspiracy" it means they must've found some incriminating correspondence with at least one other person. If it had just been from your activities on this site, we'd be facing the same charges as you, which is not the case.

    I suggest you review your emails to find out how you got busted. When I got busted (once when I was 17), it took me a whole year to figure out how it happened. Now you can probably sort it out in a few minutes.

    I didn´t feel that Psylence intended to say something agains hipforums, so I can´t quite understand, why you erased part of his posting. He just wanted to warn us (as far as I understood it), that there might be cops using the forums for their investigations. And as long as this hasn´t been proven to be wrong, I´ll stick with this point of view. It´s (at least) a possibility! So you´d better be cautious!

    He claimed his bust was a result of posting on this forum, when it could've been for a dozen other reasons. So unless he can prove it, it's an unfounded claim, and an attack on this site.

    OF COURSE the cops are watching this site, as we warn EVERYONE in the forum guidelines, which of course you've read.
