p.s Everyone is better than the Drongos in my opinion. I hate the arrogance and their players being picked in the rep team even though they had an average finals series but with Bennet as the coach..............................

Wow, hope you feel big putting down other poeples passions. Sure, we havn't won a premiership in thirty years but you can't say we havn't done shit since then. We've made the semi's several times and even the final, with you're logic you may as well say the Storm didn't do shit last season (and I would agree with you).
Last time we were in the comp we finished last??? I don't understand, last time we were in the comp was last season, and we finished 13th, ahead of Canberra and Newcastle, tied with the Bulldogs. We also had a killer end to the season, 8 wins from 10.
And you're right, we do have famous fans, which is good for the profile of Rugby League. So not only have we provided the game with some of the best juniors over the last few years, but we've also lifted the games image after the super league bullshit (which was fronted by your Storm hench men).
So while im grateful the mighty bunnies have been around fro almost 100 years entertaining the fans both on and off the field, you should be grateful the Storm are even in next years comp. If you can draw more then 8000 fans to a home game next season you have reason to be proud. Your pathetic excuse for a team wouldn't be here if News Ltd. didn't throw $30 million into the tired affiar known as "promoting rugby league in Melbourne".
Anyhow, look forward to next season, now you don't have a half back and you got Michael Crocker to supply you with more then enough penalties, hopefully when you get the spoon Murdoch will finally realise the Melbourne Storm are a waste of time and will pack it all up.
Meanwhile the Bunnies go charging on towards a Premiership within the next five years.

Yep and the kicked your sorry ass twice in the finals too! Also a great thing. Any team that can help the efforts of banishing Melbourne, News Ltd and Murdoch (collectively known as Super League Trash) from Rugby League has my support!

 

Actually Mr Sensitve, the STORM beat the Broncos in the finals this year. I should know, i was there.


Look, what i said was the truth, i did not expect you to be so sensitive about it.

But, in defence of my team. We made it to the finals in out first year and won the flag in our second year without having a huge rep base. The Broncos however had almost a full rep side and it took them 5 years. While AFL will always be the Number 1 game in VICTORIA, they get a good turn out and great support when they play there. Also, when the Origin was played in Melbourne, they got one of the highest crowds ever.

 

I wasn't reffering to the Broncoes but the North Queensland Cowboys, I should know, I was cheering them on both times they beat you. Learn some basic interpretation skills before posting on a message board.

 

My interpretation skills are fine, otherwise i would be a shit french, italian and sign language tutor now wouldn't i, and i'm not.
