i know i need to do this. i looked in the mirror the other day and went "what happened?" i'm trying to put aside the time i wasn't taking for yoga and to sit and relax over a cup of herbal tea. i guess i'm just looking for ways, feedback, and support. i'm debating detox, but whatver right now my schedule and family do not allow for my to just totally disconnect from civilization for even a few days.
start by going for a walk every day...you can't imagine how important the outdoor air, and time alone to process the monkey mind can be for you. you've taken the first step already - recognizing your life is not working naturally for you. find your flow - your natural flow - and that takes unplugging your self from the unconscious flow of the daily grind. simplify simplify simplify...that also works to get you back on track. good luck...been there recently, and climbing out of slumber myself
