wtf is wrong with being a lawyer? Not every lawyer is in the profession to make loads of money- I'm going into environmental law so i can help to sue the hell out of corporations who abuse the environments. Others go into law because they feel strongly about human rights abuses, or animal rights or other moral issues. It is unfair that a group of people such as this who are supposedly open minded and non-judgemental have such prejudices.

I've gone to Catholic school all my life. I don't consider myself a Catholic, because I disagree with a lot of what they teach, particularly in the gay rights, sexuallity, and people-are-better-than-animals views. That, and about 8 out of 10 Christians I've met are hypocrytical.

However, there are some decent Jesus freaks out there. I consider myself a Christ follower, if not a true Christain. Jesus was alright. I mean, he was one of the original hippies, so what's not to love?

 

its not Jesus, I love Jesus. its the religion, and the conservative Christians that follow the bible word for word.

oh yea, i'm definately in the bible belt here and it sucks. lol you should have heard some of the idiots i debated with in my government class.. most of the people here that i have talked to don't even have a mind of their own. they just go on believing the religion and bullshit they were taught as children. but i guess there are people like that everywhere
