I heard recently that recycling is worse for the enviorenment because it releases toxins into the air that are more harmful than not recycling. Is this true?
I personally do not believe that recycling does more harm then good. Maybe some recycling centre have bad records, but I think most accounts of recycling are helping the environment in a huge way, because when you recycle another product does not have to be made from new material. If you recycle paper then the amount of trees that are cut down would be significantly less. If we are using less natural produce and instead re-using items already in use then it must therefore be more eco friendly. If we use more plastic that is already in use then we do not have to use more oil! Michael x
LOL...you guys talk about it like it's God or something. "I personally don't believe that" "I don't go for that." I don't know for sure. I'm pretty sure recycling aluminum is a good thing, or one of the better ones anyway. ANybdoy actually know???
someone who doesn't wanbt to recycle or mess with it prolly said that to "make it alright" in their mind that they are not recycling.
