I think they are without a doubt, one of the best bands to come out during the British Invasion. They are as good (dare i say it) as the Beatles, maybe not commercially, but they are as talented and creative. Please renew my faith in this board and tell me you like the Kinks too!
yes. they rule/ nobody really pays attention to em though. they have more good songs than just their hit 'you really got me'. i especaily like the one that goes 'youv egot this straaaange eeffect on me...and iii liiiike it....' goodjob thelizardqueen with good taste in moozic
i second that! and yeah, i love them. i wouldn't say they're as good as the beatles, but they definitely rock!
ya they have a lot of good songs that werent used in commercials too and thank yooz for complimenting me on my music
