I can't get that link to work. Is that a stitch-n-bitch group in the SF Bay Area?


I really like that book, "Stitch-n-Bitch", even though I probably will never make anything exactly the way they make it in there. Like those bell-bottom lokking sleeves and stuff. Ick. It's a great reference and guide book, though.

 

i learned to knit with that book. sure did.

 

Stitchin Bitches is a yahoo group. There are lots of talented mamas on there. Many of them have their own web sites or sell on ebay. Come and join us if you like to sew or do other crafts. We're a great friendly group. There's also Hippiesew. Another yahoo group. I'm on both. Although I have no where near the talent of some of them. Or some of the mamas on this group for that matter.

It's not the same as the Stitch n bitch knitting groups. Although we have lots of knitters. The SB's is branched from the Phunky Bitches Phish women.

I used to be a Stitchin Bitch!!! I joined back in 99 as well for a few years and had to quit...My website and life in general got busy and couldnt keep up with everything...
Wonderful group of sistahs and miss those gift exchanges!!!
