arg hotmail andmsn issus :( help

heya all i need a hand
well about 2 weeksa ago my msn stopped logging me in, just doing the troubleshooting error and when i try to troubleshoot it says nothings wrong.

ALSO when i goto the hotmail site it loads up fine but when i click to submit my loggin in details it reloads with the error page its been doing it for two weeks now and its bothering me.

i think it might have something to do weith the factmy norton anti virus just completely expired but i do have another anti virus soft ware on my comp.

ANYONE who could help me would be much appreciated. Just sent me a PM on here por reply in this post

 

I've responded to you as Hotmail has played up a fair few
times for me, although usually when the erreor page loads
I try it again later and all is fine.
Don't really know what to suggest.? Perhaps clear your
cache might help, no idea though if this will do much.

 

how do i clear the cashe?

 

This is for XP users.!

On your I.E page goto
Tools at the top of the page.
Click Internet Options, a box will open up.
Click delete cookies, click OK
Click delete files and tick the offline box too, click OK.
Then click the clear history button too.

Doing the above will permanently ged rid of all your internet history
and you will start afresh again. But, not sure if this will have effect
on accessing Hotmail still. I get rid of my internet history frequently.
Also, in the same pop-up box, you can also get rid of all passwords
and Google search lists, etc, if needs be.
