Seriously though, I'm pretty sure it would be exactly the same aside from less sperm production. I think undescended testicles are kinda common. I think they can cause cancer too, so they always remove the undescended one.

actually this is not true, you can get off as many times as your body can fill the corpora cavernosa. the cum is made up of sperm and semen (not 100% sure of actual spelling), sperm being the fertile properties of the man, and semen the catalyst to transport. semen provides an anaerobic environment for sperm due to the fact that sperm only last no more than 3 min outside of the body in oxygenated atmosphere.

oh and before about the weed and sex thing... anytime you smoke anything that effects the exchange of oxygen in the lungs, you are in turn effecting the blood flow and the organs that are connected. you are doing damage but not permenant.
