Interesting to see threads on heaven for once, rather than hell. :)

To me, heaven is a state of mind, the state of enlightenment or Christ-consciousness. The Kingdom is within...

Heaven is what the believer makes it. What we bind here, is bound there. What we loose here, is loosed there.

I kind of like the What Dreams May Come interpretation of Heaven.

I like to think of heaven as half what you make it, half this world without assholes.

Heaven is a real place, not a state of mind. The Bible can't describe Heaven much because there are things there that our words can't describe. I've heard it explained as like telling a blind person who's never seen what it's like to see.

It may be a real place but as it may well not be in our 4Dimensional perception of the external universe doesn't mean it can't be a state of mind.

Minds exist in a kind of real place, as well as inside your skull.

in heaven there is no principalities of darkness
no physical atachments such as those we feel as humans
heaven is a real place for sure
