I usually listen to rock when i'm high, which hasn't been for like 2months (damn pre-job drug screens). Mostly Dylan, Pink Floyd, Donovan, Petty, Beatles, Hendrix, and a crap load of other good music along those. But i don't know any good rap or hip hop that's good for smoking. I'm not really looking for any rap but just mellow songs like "Ryder music" by 50 Cent. Can anyone help me out?

mc chris is really good to smoke to. Especially Toothpick Spliffs. He is better known as Little Brittle, Sir Loin, MC Pee Pants from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Very good rapper, nerd rap. Fake rap for real people, as he puts it.

I like Everlast, some Eminim, and Tupac of course. Try the soundtrack for the movie "Hustle and Flow", great movie too.

Exactly what I was gonna say. "The End" by Three Six Mafia is the best rap cd in the world for smoking. Some of the best beats I have ever heard and fucking insane lyrics.

damn, everybody is into underground...im sorry but sometimes its nice to just party and listen to some club bangers.

if you want the beat go for the more popular shit, if you want the flow go underground.

And if you want the best of both worlds, go for Three Six Mafia, especially the earlier shit.

I agree. I recomend Heart of the city by Jay z for a nice laid back track.

If you feel like it check out some of my beats! http://www.soundclick.com/dirtythirdbeats
