Construction worker wanted

Ive just signed on to frame and side 4 new homes, about 4 to 5 months work and need one more good worker.

Good worker as in...

1 Must have prior exp. and not be afraid of heights.
2 Does not drink during the week.
3 Does not see the need to do drugs on the job or before the job. (smoke all you want in the evenings, I do too.)
4 I can deal with many things and many issues but drugs in the workplace is not one of them, my crew runs 100 mph and gets it done and has fun doing it.

Ive a place one could stay. Pay based on exp however it would start a 10 cash per hour.

As a bonus, thiers a cool hippie compound near by but visit at your own risk.

Are you a general contractor? Or do you only do framing, or what?

 

I will do any aspect of it....but around here...I frame,side,flooring(wood)trim t-n-g is big here so I do alot of that.

I stay busy cause im anal as fuck, I frame like most people do trim work. My work is perfect.

I have a good rep here cause of my work, ethics and stance on drugs at the workplace.

Burn down at home or on the way home but not on my dime.

 

so where are you located?

and you said you have more work now, do you have any need for unskilled laborers?

 

I need to get another crew on the go, however I am my own quality control and have reservations about not being on the job site.

I know some of my replys sound a bit picky and even a bit arrogent but some of these homes are over 300k so I must be.

I had zip replys when I posted this now im getting a good bit many...go figure.
