I have been reading my new books and it looks like I am set up for SOG growing. The ? is, when growing SOG do you prune off the lower branches as you do with ScrOG. To direct as much energy to the top of the plant. What are peole dooing for best results?
You want to remove the lower branches that don't yield very much. Some people remove ALL the side branches, leaving just the main stalk. That results in a BIG main nug BUT tends to cut total yield (by weight) as opposed to leaving say the main branch and 2 side branches. Try some each way. When removing branches, do so at week 2 or 3 of flowering AND remove the ENTIRE branch, cutting it off at the main stalk. otherwise the plant will try to repair/regrow what you removed. -Use a sharp sterile razor blade. -Don't cut off any leaves that are growing on the main stalk. -Use veg nutrients for the first 3 weeks of 12/12, then switch over to flowering nutes. When doing a sog grow leaving let's say 2 side branches, you'll want to "weave" the branches with the branches of the surrounding plants. Move them around so each branch gets as much light as possible.

Buy the way two days ago I plumbed water to my room (hot&cold) and gave my girls a feeding with piss warm water. Over night I think they grew six fucking inches. Can you amagin how those roots felt when the warmth hit them. Just thinking about it makes you have to go piss. And did you see that god dam mail in my feminised crop.
