Wow im going to sound really weird. But, i've been with my boyfriend for years and he's the only guy i've ever had sex with. But, just in the past week or so there has been this kinda smooth lump down there, really tiny but its got a black spot in the middle. I can't find anything that helps me to figure out what it is! I'm going to the dr. this week, but i'm scared. Any ideas?
maybe it's a blackhead or an ingrown hair? it doesn't sound like an std... does it look cauliflower-ish(wart) or is it red and pussy and itchy (herpes)? try exfoliating a bit... but not too hard
Also helps to know more precise location as to where about "down there" this thing is... But the ingrown hair was the first thing that came to my mind as well. It's hard say at this point, really.
yeah but its smooth though, not cauliflower like at all, but its on like the flap of the flap. its so odd! like where there isn't hair to be ingrown i duno
Hmmm.... I'm not a woman so I don't know.... But could a blackhead form on the inner lips(I'm assuming by your definition "flap")? It's possible, I guess... Or could it just be like a mole, perhaps?
not to freak you out, but it sounds like a genital wart, warts have black dots in them, this is a clotted blood vessel that is feeding the wart. if it is not sensitive like a pimple or does not come to a head like a pimple might, i would think it is a wart, also you can get some vinegar, dip a q-tip in it then dab the bump, warts can have a reaction and the vinegar should turn white, it's not 100% but it does work. It doesn't hurt at all so don't worry.
