to break down crystal to liquid? i know i gram = 1000 hits

 

1000 strong as hell hits 1gram = 1000000ug/1000hits = 1000ug per hit
hits nowadays seem to run 150-300ug though ive come across good liquid that was about 600ug, sorry I couldn't answer your question though just thought Id check the math
