Has anybody heard of demerol? I have a friend willing to sell me some. How much should I pay per mg...how much should I do? I have a pretty high tolerance to all pain relievers, if that matters any.
It's a fairly decent pain reliever. It's stronger than hydrocodone and weaker than morphine. I checked a drug site for the dosage: ADULTS The usual dosage of Demerol is 50 milligrams to 150 milligrams every 3 or 4 hours, determined according to your response and the severity of the pain. CHILDREN The usual dosage is 0.5 milligram to 0.8 milligram per pound of body weight, taken every 3 or 4 hours, as determined by your doctor. It's also used as a pre-op shot to reduce anxiety.
milligram for milligram hydrocodone is stronger than morphine. so really mg for mg demeral is not as strong as hydrocodone. not a bad high thou
now that you mention it im not quite sure where i heard that. and looking at conversion tables i will have to withdrawl that statement. 10mg of hydrocodone orally would be the equivilent of 7.5mg of morphine. i still hold the statement that hydrocodone is more potent per mg. than demeral
I've only had morphine once. I was on a morphine pump for a couple days, and Kansas went "bye-bye"! I'd like to try it pain free. Where did you find drug conversion tables?

Yeah, but the "reduction for incomplete cross-tolerance" varies pretty widely. The converter is telling me that Oxycodone is more potent that Morphine by a pretty significant margin. I've had both, and I'm here to tell ya that Morphine is a much stronger analgesic than Oxycodone. It is, no shit.
yea but are you factoring I.V. versus orally? because ive taken both orally and found that oxy is a stronger and generally better high at a lower mg dose.. now when it comes to I.V. which i have never cooked an shot oxy so i dont know. but man ive been hit w/ morphine before and that was heaven. mg for mg i think morphine and oxy is pretty close
I don't know. I've only had Morphine once, and I was in a hell of a lot of pain. I did trip, though, and it wasn't like acid. On acid you know that the hallucinations aren't real. On Morphine, you often can't tell the difference. You can be laying in a hospital bed, and plainly hear people talking all kinds of nasty shit about you, but there's nobody in the room. I damn near filed a complaint against a hospital. :sunglasse Turned out I was just tripping. I'd like to try it without pain, though.
