i think they should do whats legal in some places now. they should make it legal to grow your own plants, i think the max amount is three plants and your NOT allowed to sell them. i reckon this would be better then making pot a tobacco store product, because growing it yourself ensures that it is pure and you havnt bought it from some un-reliable misfit off the street
