Not true. I used to be prescribed amphetamine when I was diagnosed with ADHD and it was terrible. I couldn't sleep or eat and my face broke out in hives. So I quit using that shit and started smoking weed, and it was WAY better than the amphetamine. It helped me to bring my grades up, it destroyed my depression, and made my life completely wonderful. But the amphetamine was just horrible and had bad side effects, but that's just me.

anyway you people have all taken this too far, here we have a younger female who has grown up being told by EVERYONE that cannabis is harmless; someone who's gauge of 'normal' includes those who were smoking weed when they were 7, and who thinks that eating it would be less dangerous than smoking. stop calling her a retard, it wont make her smarter.

FDA Approval... Yea like that means much. There are many many drugs approved by the FDA that have quite a few horrible side effects.

I think regular exersize, and a proper diet, with proper amounts of water(mot people dont get near enough fluids) more than completely cancels out the effects of heavy marijuana use. At least I know it has for myself.

but im not encouraging, or approving of, feeding drugs to kids, even if they are aware of it....
and if you have kids I dun think they should know that you are involved anything that involves drugs(including weed), ar at least not in the open in front of the child.

 

Lots of parents give their kids speed. Its called ADD medication.. dextro-/levo- amphetamine. That shit is the bomb during exam time.. ::rolls eyes::

 

No but in all seriousness I don't know anyone who has given their kids brownies. But I think its pretty dick that everyone jumps on this girl's case for asking a question. Its important to educate people when they are misguided not make fun of them.. or be an ass to them.. it doesn't really accomplish much. Most of marijuana's harmful effects ARE reduced when you eat cannabis in comparison to smoking it. These same negative physical effects are reduced when one vaporizes rather than smokes. Smoking anything is bad for you and I'm not talking about it just being bad for your respiratory system. Basically all of the other physchological and physical negative side effects from herb can counteracted with a healthy lifestyle.. proper rest, proper vitamins and other supplements to make up for what has been depleted in your last smoke session, enough water, and food. If you manage to do that then physically you are doing a lot less damage than what you would have to do to make up for the damage caused by ADD/ADHD medicine, anything with APAP in it, Alcohol, Tobacco, fast food, etc. So no Cannibis is not harmless but at the same time it can be done with relatively no harmful side effects especially in comparison to a lot of things the average person consumes daily. Shit I know some stoners that take the ADD medicine so they can function all week, drink and smoke ciggs on the weekends, eat Mickey D's after every smoke session and take Cough, Cold & Coricidin every time they are sick.. and still smoke weed regularly. That is a very unhealthy lifestyle.

 

So funny every one jumped all over a 16 year old for asking a question. The funniest part is that the people bashing her were so young not even old enough for parental judgement. I know several people who sedate their kids for the long car rides with crap like over the counter meds. My opinion 12 hours in the car with a screaming child and I have no problem with rolling up the windows and smoking a fat one and knock everybodys ass out. haha. Least I know what it's organic that way. Last year I was at a fest and found a jar of cookies -score. I passed them out to all the kids and helped my self, to my horror(waste of good canabutter)they were special cookies. Let me just say I had the parents thanking me, every body took such a nice nap. All things in moderation. No I don't encourage dosing kids.

 

He's not talking about a dog that can sniff out drugs... Hes talking about a pet that knows when youre going to smoke pot, and wants to be around. My friend gives his dog insulin shots everyday, and the dogs gets excited whenever he sees the syringe, i would assume it would be the same for a pip or bong if the dog liked smelling the smoke

And anyways, his argument is completely stupid, because the point I was trying to make is that getting a dog high is no different from getting a kid high. Eventually, a kid would understand what the pipe is too, same with the dog...so basically he proved me right.
