Hi peeps, was woundering if you could help and guide me, ive always fancied anal , no cock or dildo but fingers ect build me up slowly, What advice would you give me , im more onabout the how and what to relax ect more than having a toilet before i do do it, any advice please peeps,

The anal sphincter, if that's the right term, is made up of three elongated muscles. Think of wrapping a rubber band around the tips of three of your fingers and you have the basic idea of the arrangement. After you have relaxed the muscles, you may be able to see to distinguish the three ridges of the muscles. (That is if you use a mirror and squat or have a very long neck.) To relax the area, insert one finger and gently pull outward to stretch the opening. Sort of like sticking your fingers in your mouth to make a face. Move the finger around the opening and stretch. You shouldn't do this so far that it hurts. Ease into it and RELAX. You should be able to feel the tense spots, the muscles. This is what you want to relax, so you need to stretch there. Just slowly push back as far as it goes. Then ease off and slide around a little and push out again. Think of the fingers in the binder, you only want to push out one finger at a time. And, no need to shove anything larger than a finger in there to loosen it up. Use lube, like they said. Water base like K-Y, but I use plain old Aloe Vera, unscented (with out camomile, yikes!). You can buy a little douche to clear out the area. You can use the kind that women do, and they have some that are reusable. Just use plan water. Douching or giving yourself enemas too much can be a problem, it can remove too much of the stuff you need down there. That's why we try to use plane water and no vinegar. Right, you don't need a but plug or dildo, a finger works. And people tell me, "you have such long fingers, you should be a musician." I always think "they could be longer." .
