That is so freaking awesome... now, as my mother would say "He could have killed you!" But, I on the other hand think that is outstanding. Warm fuzzies, and good memories too. I was confronted one time in Indianapolis by what appeared to be a homeless man that walked for about a block with me just talking to me before he finally asked me if I would consider giving him $5. He seemed harmless enough so I said "Sure but you have to get something to eat with me first." We went into this sandwich place and got something to eat and I handed him a $20 and told him to stay inspired. Not to give up. He was very appreciative, and kept thanking me. We actually talked a lot over dinner, and he told me about how he lost his job and his girlfriend, and how he has tried to do the right thing. I wish I could have done more for him, like help him get a job, etc. But I was on vacation and the wife was REALLY nervous about the whole thing. I still wonder what happened to the guy, and if he managed to get things turned around. Believe me, what you did for that man will come back to you when you need it the most. That is a great thing you did.
how come people always buy the homeless food? why dont they buy them some crack or alcohol? go up to some homeless guy and be liek, here's a liter of tequila. then stand back and spectate. it should be interesting
